What is e-design?
Interior design services delivered entirely online that enables clients to design spaces from home or on the go with any mobile device. The entire process is completed in 4 easy steps; choosing a package, completing the design questionnaire, providing dimensions and photos, collaboration with designers.
How long does the process take?
A design project generally takes about 2 weeks to complete for a single room project once we have received your photos and room dimensions. You can implement the plan at your pace, choosing when to paint and what pieces to buy at your convenience. E-design is simple, easy and fun!

Luxury Design Package, $395.00, is our deluxe service package that includes Final project e-design, 2 story boards, color pallet, shoppings lists and design instructions, Additional! Popular Design Package, $295.00, is our premium service package that includes Final project e-design, 2 story boards, color pallet, shoppings lists and design instructions, Direct Messaging With Your Designer, Courtesy Purchasing Service, Additional! Designated Design Assistant.
Essential Design Package, $195.00, is our full service package that includes Final project e-design, 2 story boards, color pallet, shoppings lists and design instructions, Direct Messaging With Your Designer, Courtesy Purchasing Service.
Floor Plan, $145.00, for clients requiring a new design utilizing existing furnishings or for clients interested in finishing a project.
Color Consultation, $75.00, provides client's with a choice of color scheme for wall, ceiling and trim. Package includes two 3-color pallets.
Design Consultation, $75.00, For client's needing a little design advice . Collaboration through email. Limited to initial question and response, with 1 additional round of clarifying question and response.
Roost Gift of Design, gift certificates are available for all of our packages. E-design makes a great wedding, wedding shower, and baby shower gift. What a great way to help the newly weds get settled in to their new home and what wonderful way for Mom-to-be to welcome baby home. Birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, or Valentines Day are great opportunities to give the gift of design.
How does the design process work?
Choose a package, complete the design questionnaire, take and upload photos, and email dimensions. Sit back and relax while we create designs, images, instructions and shopping lists specifically for you!
How will the designers know what I like and how much I want to spend?
The design questionnaire provides the information needed to create a personalized design.
How do I communicate with the designers?
Communication takes place predominantly via email. Communication via phone is available with the Luxury Design Package for $395.00. Customer service is available via email ROOSTEDESIGN@GMAIL.COM
Will I have to choose my designer?
No, unlike other less personal design firms, we only use our in-house designers to create designs for you. We guarantee the quality of our design service by using our designers exclusively. Unlike other design firms that auction jobs to a field of designers located throughout the country, to the designers who submit the design plan first, we take care in creating our designs. As we are not competing with others for the job, we focus exclusively on the design and our client. We wouldn't trust your design needs to someone we didn't actually know.
Can I give a room design package as a gift?
Yes! We offer the Gift of Roost E-Design gift certificates for all of our packages. E-design makes a great wedding, wedding shower, and baby shower gift. What is the refund policy?
As we are service, there are no real refunds, however if you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them for up to 30 days after the design plan is delivered to the client.
Can you purchase items for me?
Yes! We can place orders for you, total costs, including sales tax and shipping, can be made via our pay pal account. You can also shop our store.
Can I use your e-design service if I live outside of the United States?
Yes, as we are a design service, we can design your space but our sources for products are limited to United States retailers. Purchases for these clients must be made by the client.
